About us: We consult on a variety of cloud-based projects and plan, architect, and implement world-class solutions. You will have opportunity to work alongside experts with significant real-world experience, including network architects, cloud architects, software developers, and security engineers. Being located in the Greater Philadelphia area is a big plus, as we would like you to work from our new Philadelphia office 2-3 times per week.
About the role: Your primary role will be to ensure that our team is operating effectively, that clients are satisfied with our work, and that things are getting done.
Skills that would come in handy:
- Customer communications and support
- Customer account management
- Marketing coordination
- Supporting our project management function and planning capacity
- Supporting our sales function and contract review
- Ability to multi-task on manage various processes
Bonus if you have experience:
- Ability to understand technical problems and translate between non-technical and technical teams
- Experience working with consulting teams or cloud technology
