ChatGPT could certainly suggest spelling and grammar fixes which would make this seem a bit more professional.
I know that we're not supposed to focus on things like this, but in this case these errors seem like a a good reason to doubt the accuracy and usefulness of the service.
And then the name is really odd. Brand names where the pronunciation is unclear seem like a bad idea.
