I told him that if you are going to hire someone in UK, the cost of having developers on your site or getting a deal done with a company based in UK would be way more costly. Instead get a team here in Asia (the IT market in Asia is way cheaper than that of UK or whole Europe). I started crafting the team and now the total number of the guys working on his product is 15. The thing is you have to find someone very close that is trustable. If you have idea of how the software are developed that is a huge plus point.
