The future is going to be more robots work in parallel to humans and collaborate. Robot manufacturers should ensure the collaboration between robots.

The current generation is not ready to try permutation / combinations to debug things. This is not only for the software companies. It is everywhere.

Try to give them new challenges and allow them to solve it themselves without your help. Reward them. This will encourage some health competition.

If you have grown organically. Don't hire experienced developers and mix them with the team. If your team size is small, you can do that.

Confused about how to both not hire experienced developers, and ??? I can try to keep growing organically, but not sure it will work forever.

Thanks for your insights. Definitely in the past few decades, PLCs has evolved a lot However I believe the time has come to evolve further.

The replacement will come on the smaller functional ones to start with.

Exactly OPC standard is more open and we will be able to understand the relationship of the values on the response from the PLC.

Unfortunately not every protocol is like that and not everyone adopts it :(

Most innovative / successful products were unsolicited. Write the best value proposition and start pitching it to your prospects. Your proposal will get refined over time based on the customer feedback and it will start selling.

All major providers of Platform supports MQTT and MQTT is going to be most widely used. Most of the current implementations are over REST which will not scale up as the frequency goes up.

interested to know what is the protocol you use today.

I don't really care about the loading, I know that HN traffic can overwhelm sites. The scrolljacking, on the other hand, is infuriating, especially replacing the standard "swipe to go back/forward" with "swipe to go down/up".

The issue isn't with the loading but the overridden scrollbar behavior. It's pretty much impossible to scroll smoothly on any of my devices.
