right above that is says: "If you meet any of the criteria below, you qualify to receive IPv6 address space:" (emphasis added)

Unless they're very lax about what constitutes multi homed I meet zero of those requirements.

Does me renting a server in a DC count as multi homing? Bridging my network to my friend's place over wireguard? Doubtful tbh

it's kinda charming

it is being 'enforced' by the bsky embed, the post not shown is the quoted one: https://skyview.social/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbsky.app%2Fprofile...

Ah this makes much more sense. So instead of it being a label on the embedded item, it's noting the one that's missing.

The person who has that setting is the user being quoted, not the top-level post; the bluesky is indeed blocking that post in question, so it isn't appearing on Gizmodo

impressive, what's your desktop?

just win10 and firefox. It wanted to run workers in firefox, locked up firefox, then somehow taskmanager was locked up and things went downhill from there.

Works for me on Win 10, Win 11, Firefox, DDG.

Probably somet=ing gone very wrong with the video drivers.

foreign to... where?

i'm not sure what you mean; the demo runs with the ssh command in the centre, there's an 'about' link at the bottom, and that links to a docs index

it's fiine i think

> That's a major skill that they're not used to at all

how major is it really? seems incredibly limited in its use, and largely unnecessary in the modern world, with the existence of digital clocks (especially 24 hour ones!)

I expect it will go the way of telephone rotary dials etc - something you could learn in under an hour but have no reason to...

the linux foundation does not claim to be a proponent of free software though?
