Hey guys,

I've been working on my new SaaS for about 3 months now, yesterday I finished testing it online. Now I'm looking for feedback and the first users.

It's a customer communication tool (chat) with nice features like sending surveys/polls during conversation. It's perfect for gathering feedback, lead generation, support etc so you don't have to waste time centralizing text answers or use separate survey tools which break the conversation flow with external links.

It's not a live-chat widget, instead you get a fully customizable page with a chat panel inside. If you want to get feedback or other details(like address) during conversation, you can easily send the form from the admin zone and your customer will see the form on the left of the chat panel. You can see the submission live and respond accordingly.

Some features it has * your own chatpage.co/your_business or custom domain * get links that enable certain forms before the conversation, to include in emails or other websites * easy-to-use form builder * export submitted data as excel/pdf * view data as charts for analysis * email fallback when you are offline * 8 themes, customize over 50 attributes(from background image to fonts and colors)

At this stage, feedback is critical so I appreciate any thought you have about this. It's free now so you can start using it right away to communicate with your clients.

That's very strange...probably is something with the font not being loaded. I'll debug this.

Why/when should I use it over Intercom?


1.It's a separate page instead of widget which allows the user to engage more in the conversations, no distractions.

2.It has the liveforms(survey/polls) during conversation to get better/faster feedback or include the link to chat + form into emails
