Yes. But the problem is too much Oxygen in the blood. Which there is not, otherwise you wouldn't be thinking about extra oxygen supply...

It's not just the blood level. Breathing oxygen at a partial pressure over about 0.5 atm also gradually impairs lung function due to toxic effects.
