No, record demand of candidates still and every layoff I've seen happen so far there is a line of recruiters asking for the excel sheets of all the people let go to place elsewhere.


Ability to hire has been the major constraint, but the fact that capital is getting more expensive is dampening the overall suction. I’d agree that devs aren’t going to lack for opportunity yet, but I believe the net demand is declining a bit.
