Yeah, that was driving me nuts - can't PgDn nor use arrow keys. Doing so at any point after having scrolled down just resets to top. Very frustrating!

the reason is the onkeydown=closeModal() that clears the window.location.hash

I had some problems on Android+Firefox, where the page just decided to scroll to the Top. Also, the Back button did not work.

spacebar too. just jumps you right back to the top.
