Chrome extension to write emails using GPT3 (intellimail.xyz)

Do you have an extension, which replies to all many emails I receive, in a meaningful way?

I also need an extension, which processes my workflow: analyzes and translates the email requests into tasks, autonomously processes those tasks (fix bugs, develop features, refactors technical debts, write test cases, cleanup input data, verify output data, closes items, ...) and then submits the replies, closes tickets, communicates with users about changes, passes the balls to the next bots in line (communicates objectives, enforces execution, manages timelines and expectations).

I also need some extension to pacify my boss.

Thank you.

No one in my company ever replies to any emails therefore it is now a notification system only that no one bothers to read anyway.

What I need is a Slack bot that does what you want now. Slack is the electronic equivalent of shoulder tapping.

Why not just have an extension that makes extensions.

we can make the extension to pacify your boss :)

Hey HN!

I made a chrome extension that uses GPT3 to write emails.

I'm a sophomore and I was writing cold emails to startups to get internships. I hated writing them then I built this.

I would love to hear if you like it and if you think this has potential to build further :)

Here's how it works: You type in some context in the gmail window. The extension uses GPT3 to write your email Then the email is injected into your gmail window

Here's a demo : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gm7ILCKSws

I recommend practicing your writing skills, honing your communication. It will pay back in spades over your lifetime.

Learning what good communication looks like and how to prompt AI properly to generate that is a more useful skill at this point

There’s verbal communication. There’s body language. There’s reading between the lines or reading the air. There’s doing effective presentations. There’s using pursuasive arguments, there’s tuning your message based on audience feedback. Communication isn’t just writing one-shot articulate prose.

Let's be clear: this thread is about writing emails. Your response is just moving the goal posts to turn this into an argument about a broader topic I wasn't trying to address. I don't really feel like it would be productive to engage with you

such tools can be a pretty good substitute for online communication tho

Get invited to a lot of parties?

How does this have anything to do with using AI to help you write emails? Hmm... Great "comeback" though. You almost got me!

i agree, prompting, ai is becoming a required skill, but very easy to acquire

I wonder if you could use GPT3 to also do the reverse and just get the version of what people really mean, and in the end everyone uses both and it just cancels each other out

Here's our website : https://www.intellimail.xyz/

pretty cool :)

it'd be great if you guys could do it for replies too
