I do a month every so often and the cancellation works reliably. It's bad yeah but not anywhere as bad as the site just not allowing you to cancel.

Yeah, I was surprised about the recent rulings ...

I've found it easy to cancel ... and several times where I forgot to cancel, customer services happily, easily and promptly refunded the charge ...

I'm no big tech Amazon fan ... but never had a problem.
