I think artists should get some option of marking the music as AI generated. Right now that option does not exist on Spotify even if you want to.


I wonder if long term people will actually care about that.

And of course I want robots to get off my lawn, but I don’t know whether younger or upcoming generations will share that sentiment.

In the past there was similar reserve about music produced with autotune, samples, not recorded in a single take, etc.


It’s more about not training AI on the output of other AI’s.
